Health & Wellness Coaching
for the overwhelmed, overworked, and overstimulated
“How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.”
— Annie Dillard, The Writing Life
Hi, I’m Lynne.
Burnout and I are well-acquainted.
After three seasons of full-body exhaustion over the last 5 years, I’ve come to understand the patterns that kept me in this cycle, as well as the things that now keep me out of it.
I help highly sensitive people and helping professionals to recover from burnout, supporting them to make personalised nutrition and lifestyle shifts to transform their whole-body health and well-being, and repair their relationship with work.
Burnout is a result of the demands in our life exceeding our capacity to meet them.
The path to recovery…
-
You know yourself best.
Recovering from burnout requires you to reconnect with yourself, to check in with your own wants, needs, and your version of success. What is important to you? What does a life well-lived look like for you? You know you want less stress and overwhelm… What do you want more of?
-
Repair your relationship to work by implementing some healthy boundaries.
Simplify in other areas of your life. Cut down on your commitments to give yourself space to breathe and get well.
-
Physical health affects mental health affects emotional health.
Now that you have some space to breathe, you can start building some foundational habits across multiple areas of your life to support your total well-being.
-
Create a plan for maintaining your gentle lifestyle, so that you never have to sacrifice your physical, mental, and emotional health again.
What did you want more of in your life? How might you introduce it now?
